Knockdown of the dynactin gene led to a decrease of dopaminergic neurons in the diencephalon. Immunofluorescence was used to observe the changes of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH)-positive neurons in the diencephalon of zebrafish at 48 and 72 hpf.
