Coilin reduction alters the expression of miRNAs that contribute to the innate immune response. Small RNA seq analysis was conducted and miRNAs significantly dysregulated (p ≤ 0.1) in both coilin 2 and coilin A siRNA conditions compared to control (N) siRNA, treated with DMSO are shown.
