Prazosin alleviates the motor phenotype induced by sqstm1 knockdown in zebrafish

(B) Quantification of swimming parameters in embryos injected with control or sqstm1-specific AMO, either untreated or treated with prazosin for 3 days, using a ViewPoint system. The qualitative scores ranged from 0 to 5. Data are presented as mean ± SEM from three independent experiments.
