The horizontal axis was the -log10(p-value) of the GO items. (B) The KEGG pathway enrichment analysis. The vertical axis was the name of the signaling pathway and the horizontal axis was the enrichment score. The size of the scatter represented the number of DEGs of the item, and the redder the color, the smaller the enrichment p-value and the greater the significance of the item.
