The evolutionary conservation analyses of Axin-2 mutation among 15 different vertebrates, the arginine (R)residue is highly conserved.

The protein structural difference between wild type Axin-2 (p.Arg 714) and mutated Axin-2 (p.Trp 714) proteins. The protein structures of wild type and mutated Axin-2 proteins were modeled based on the crystal model of the human Axin-2 protein.
