Definition: A member of the class of oxolanes that is oxolane substituted by 4-aminoacyl-pyridine-2-carboxamide, 3,4-difluoro-2-methoxyphenyl, methyl, and trifluoromethyl groups at positions 2, 3, 4, 5, and 5, respectively (the 2R,3S,4S,5R-stereoisomer).
