FIGURE 2 The effect of 6-gingerol (concentrations 12.5–37.5 μM) on hyperlocomotion in the EKP-induced (200 μM) seizure model in larval zebrafish. After 22 h long incubation in different 6-gingerol concentrations, larvae were exposed to acute dose of EKP, and after 5 min delay analysis started. Results of the experiments are shown as distance traveled in 2 min-long time bins (A) Time-bin analyses are presented descriptively; statistical inference marked was based on total distance traveled within 30 min of the assay (B).
